👃 Nose
Banana bread, banana runts. Slightly nutty. Probably 100-105 proof. After resting for about 10 minutes get a sour citrus note with caramel behind it. A little grass.
👅 Palate
Higher proof than on the nose. Sweet, some type of fruity candy. Probably finished.
🏁 Finish
Lengthy finish, coats the mouth pretty well.

This is a good interesting pour. Definitely has some non-typical bourbon flavors.
