Tasting Notes

👁️ Appearance

Very dark amber leaning towards red.

👃 Nose

Ethanol is front and center, makes sense for 154 proof. Maple syrup and vanilla.

👅 Palate

Very rich and creamy. Lots of sweetness, good amount of oak. Rice spice really cranking up with the more rest/air it gets.

🏁 Finish

Vanilla, cream, and rye spice.

Overall Impressions

Definitely hot at 154 proof, but drinks more like 130. Nice flavor.
