Medium amber. A little cloudy.
👃 Nose
A lot of proof. Not getting too much else, maybe slightly floral.
👅 Palate
Still a lot of proof. A lot of char notes up front, moving into sweet and sour on mid palate. Get some of that floral sweetness. Bourbon.
🏁 Finish
Fairly short finish.

Solid pour. It has something on the palate that I can’t describe that is keeping me from giving it a higher rating.

’ve been hoping this one would come up for a blind ranking. I didn’t have any expectations of this one, but was hoping for more from an expensive bottle.
